Project Description:
The existing Queenslander which had already been lifted in preparation for building underneath underwent a major transformation. The master plan involved reconfiguration of the upper level to create a private sanctuary comprising of the master suite, kid’s bedrooms, family bathroom, a secondary living room, and the addition of internal stairs. The newly constructed downstairs area was designed to enhance functionality and flow. It features a new entryway, a guest bedroom/office, a bathroom with external access for pool users, and expansive storeroom connected to the carport. The downstairs space also includes a modern laundry and open plan living/kitchen/dining that seamlessly extends to a covered patio and pool area, perfect for both relaxation and entertaining.

Builders Axiom Construction Group won the Master Builders Queensland 2024 state award for Home Renovation Project from $450k – $600k.
